ClickThought is a technology company registered in British Columbia, Canada. We design and build mobile applications, AI products, SaaS platforms and intelligent software. This policy covers our website at clickthought.com only.

Any ClickThought product that handles categories of information beyond this website will publish its own privacy notice before release. Nothing in this policy describes how a future app may handle your data.

The only information we ask for on this site is what you type into the contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company, if you choose to provide it
• The subject you select and the message you write

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested — typically an IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, and they are kept for a short period.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or third-party marketing pixels. If we ever add privacy-respecting analytics, this page will say so before they are switched on.

We use what you send us to:

• Read and reply to your message
• Keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up sensibly
• Keep the website secure, available and working correctly

• We do not sell personal information, and we never have
• We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers
• We do not use it to build advertising profiles

We collect the information in your message for one purpose: to reply to you. By sending it, you consent to us using it that way. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete what you sent.

We handle personal information in line with the privacy laws that apply to us in Canada, where we are based, and with the laws that apply where you live. If you are in the UK or the EU, where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries people choose to send us and in keeping our site secure.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the site — website hosting and, where applicable, an email delivery provider. They process information only on our instructions and under contract.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims. If ClickThought is ever involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer as part of that transaction, and this page would be updated.

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is useful and a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Server logs are kept briefly. We do not keep information indefinitely just because we can.

Our hosting and email providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is in another country, it may be accessible to the courts and authorities of that country under their laws.

Where a transfer leaves a region with data-transfer rules, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask us to delete it
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Receive a copy in a portable format

Send us a message through the contact page describing what you would like us to do. We will confirm once it is done. We do not charge for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

The site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we ask you not to send sensitive personal or health information through the contact form.

This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us through the contact page and we will delete it.

We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will always show when it was last revised. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
