Terms & Conditions
Last updated 26 August 2026
These terms set out what you can expect from this website and what we ask of you in return. They cover how the site may be used, who owns what, and the limits of what we promise.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of clickthought.com. By browsing the site or sending us a message, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
ClickThought is a technology company registered in British Columbia, Canada. We design and build mobile applications, AI products, SaaS platforms, automation and intelligent software. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ClickThought, and “you” means the person using the site.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, share and link to anything published here. You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms it or its users
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- Interfere with the site's operation, including through automated requests that place an unreasonable load on it
- Copy substantial parts of the site to pass off as your own work
- Send us content through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights
Intellectual property
The content, design, code, visual identity and the ClickThought name and marks belong to us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Anything beyond that needs our permission first.
The project names and interfaces we choose to publish are ours.
Product information
Projects X, Y and Z, along with any other products described on this site, are in development. Descriptions of features, capabilities and timing reflect our current intent and may change or be withdrawn before release.
Nothing on this site is a commitment to ship a particular feature on a particular date, an offer to sell, or a warranty about how a product will eventually behave. Any product we release will have its own terms, which will govern your use of it.
No professional advice
Content on this site relating to health, wellness, activity, sleep or nutrition is general information about what our products are designed to do. It is not medical, dietary, or other professional advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Always speak to a qualified professional about your own health, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read here.
Messages you send us
If you send us an idea, suggestion or proposal through the contact form, we are glad to receive it — but we work across many product areas, and we may already be exploring something similar. Unless we have a written agreement with you that says otherwise, we are free to develop products that resemble what you describe, without obligation or compensation. Please do not send us confidential information through this form.
How we handle the personal information in your message is described in our Privacy Policy.
Links to other sites
The site may link to services we do not control. We include those links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those sites. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we are not obliged to keep any content published indefinitely.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties relating to this site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that the courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site. If you access the site from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as ClickThought and its products grow. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
